"The grassroots is where music lives and breathes, where it finds its energy and its passion. Music can still exist when it becomes mainstream, but only if it has firm roots with the fans at home. I think you become a musician at home, and simply refine that skill on the road as a touring, major label band."
-- Dave Welsh, The Fray guitarist

Bendiksen Productions has worked with the Fray for four recordings, including their "How to Save a Life" double-disc, recorded at Red Rocks and the Paramount Theater by Jason Bentley.

The Denver four-piece have already sold 5 million records in the US, been streamed over 38 million times on My Space and have the best-selling digital album of all time in America. To meet overwhelming public demand, both the single and album have been brought forward for release on February 26th & February 19th respectively.
With a sold-out London Borderline show already under their belt, The Fray are about to begin a 10-date UK tour as special guests to The Feeling, which includes two shows in London on March 2nd & 3rd.
Following this, they'll headline a packed Shepherd's Bush Empire on March 27th.
Written by the critically acclaimed quartet, the new album 'How To Save A Life' boasts 12 impressive tracks that speak for themselves. It blends raw guitar strings with lush piano melodies to create their own contagious brand of rock-steady sound.
Formed in 2002, The Fray have steadily risen to enjoy thriving commercial and critical international success. Having opened for artists that include Weezer and Ben Folds in 2005, their US hit single "Over My Head (Cable Car)" climbed into the Billboard Top Ten and was certified platinum within weeks.
They will embark on a huge US tour this summer before starting work on the follow-up to "How To Save A Life", due 2008.
The Fray are: Isaac Slade (lead vocals and piano), Joe King (guitar /vocals), Dave Welsh (guitar), and Ben Wysocki (drums and percussion).
