NewcomersHome
Five years after their first gig at Prufrock's Cafe in Boulder, Newcomers Home have successfully achieved one of the quickest rises in local music history (Wendy Kale,
the Colorado Daily). Miles from Saint Louise, their debut album, and In the Hour (featuring bluegrass badass Tim O'Brien), their sophomore effort, have already sold a combined
total of seven thousand copies, catapulting both recordings onto Boulder's best-selling compact disc list. Newcomers Home have shared the stage with prominent Celtic acts including the Waterboys, Solas, and 7 Nations at venues around the country
including their hometown favorite, the Fox Theatre (which just so happens
to be less than a block from Prufrock's).
