| thelavellas The lavellas were founded by Robyn Green, Jason Matthews, Matt Amundson, and Mike McDaniel in the fall of 2000. Following the recording of their debut album Cherish with producer Lance Bendiksen, Spencer Kiss and Cory Campbell replaced departing members Amundson and McDaniel. Space Team Electra, one of Denver's most well- known acts, provided the lavellas with their opening slot at the gorgeous and historic Gothic Theatre soon thereafter. The lavellas released their sophomore effort, My Talk with the Dead, in the summer of 2002 to both complimentary reviews and local airplay.
